Job Summary
The Cirrus Next Sales Advisor role will support our Cirrus Next Sales team and Pre-Owned Partners in the fast-paced environment with both the SR and SF series to pre-owned owners and operators around the world. This person will work to design, implement, and execute processes to support our growing enterprise. In addition, this person will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including acting as a liaison between production, service, accounting, training, delivery team, marketing, legal, IT and sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Day to day Pre-Owned Support:
Cirrus Next Program Support for both SR and SF products.
Developing and Managing Aircraft Spec Sheets
Developing and Managing Aircraft Listings
Manage Intake Process for traded-in aircraft
Preparing and reviewing Trade In, Purchase Agreement, and Delivery documents for signatures
Recording orders
Manage Salesforce process and data entry for necessary information.
Lead Cirrus Next delivery coordination
Signing and submitting documentation to accounting, escrow, and the FAA
Coordinate with paint/prep team, line services and delivery pilot(s).
Coordinate Customer training
Ensure coordination of timelines and successful delivery of the aircraft.
Non Cirrus Next Transactions
Ensure correct paperwork and payments are uploaded to Salesforce.
Work with accounting on commission payment accuracy.
Ensure Ownership, programs, and subscriptions are transferred and logged appropriately
Representing Sales/Outreach
TYS Facility tours
Liaison for Accounting, Legal, Delivery, Flight Training, Fleet and the Sales team.
Work with preowned partners and out-of-network brokers when assistance is needed.
Initiate conversations with unknown listing agents to familiarize with Cirrus.
Coordinate with new aircraft sales, sales engineers, field support, VPO community team, marketing, flight training and operations departments for benefit of customer support.
Miscellaneous Projects
Monitor SF50 listings for used aircraft through various channels.
Participate in Preowned Meetings with Cirrus Next/Sales Team.
Track and analyze ownership data, trends, market demand report findings.
Monitor scheduling of fleet leased assets within program with maintenance/demo prep and return to customer dates as applicable
Cross train with Sales Support and Delivery teams
