All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Cayuse.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of data regarding partner metricsBiannual analysis of data to identify eligibility of partners within the programMonitor and respond to inquiries submitted via internal emailMonitor and respond to cases in helpdesk queueData analysis from various sources for automation and development of reports and dashboardsIdentify process and data threading gaps for production of key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issuesPartner with and influence the Business, IT and Operational stakeholders as necessary for developing the testing and training strategies and execution plansUnderstand and influence upstream and downstream stakeholders of the effort to integrate internal data in order to create a complete Customer Success pictureProblem SolvingResponsible for working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify challenges, gather input, and develop effective solutions.Facilitate communication across groups, evaluate options, and help implement strategies that meet organizational goals.Provides assistance and information in a prompt manner.Manage continuous improvement through ongoing collection of data and information regarding customer requirements.Understand and respond to others using active listening skills and tactful communication.Ability to resolve issues following the parameters and guidelines of the client.AccountabilityContributes to the accomplishments of team objectives; works collaboratively as a team member towards solutions; solicits input from other team members; demonstrates respect for the ideas and opinions of others; employs trust and openness.Ensures customer satisfaction through follow up and special efforts.Assist new employees with training through shadowing opportunities and explanation of work process as requested.QualificationsEducation / ExperienceBachelor's degree or relevant experience.Proven experience in Sales, Service and/or Customer Success operations with strong empathy for stakeholders and customers.Project management, data analysis and reporting with related toolset expertise: Excel (3-5 years' experience), SharePoint, Databases, Get & Transform (Power Query), Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server (1-2 years' experience), SSIS (1-2 years' experience).Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with cross-functional teams.Must be able to operate in a fast paced, high stress environment and handle ambiguity.Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.Technical KnowledgeMinimum of 3+ years' experience in two of the following testing toolsets or frameworks: Excel, Microsoft Office.Human Relationship SkillsSpeaks with clarity, articulation, and is aware of own non-verbal communication.Dependable and can be counted on; complete assignments on time and accurately; keeps team members abreast of problems and work progress.Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and thrive in high-energy team environment.Strong written and spoken communication skills.Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team.Ability to function in a diverse work environment.Experience in a customer service role.Additional AbilitiesMust be able to pass a background check.
