Description
Join our team as a Cisco ISE / NAC Engineer in a hybrid role.
This contract position requires expertise in network access control solutions and identity management technologies.
You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting network access solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support network access control solutions.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for related issues.
Participate in on-call rotations for incident management.
Maintain documentation including runbooks and SOPs.
Manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Qualifications
5 years of experience with network access control solutions.
Experience with authentication and identity integration technologies.
Proficiency in change management processes and incident response.
Experience in enterprise environments with strict change control.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
