Job Description:
Seeking a Citrix Server Remediation Engineer to support remediation, maintenance, and optimization of Citrix server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Citrix server remediation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Monitor and resolve server performance and availability issues.
- Manage Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, application, and connectivity issues.
- Apply patches, upgrades, and security fixes.
- Document remediation activities and technical changes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops.
- Experience with Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of Citrix infrastructure, troubleshooting, and remediation.
- Experience with patching, upgrades, and server support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
