Role - Citrix Support Engineer
- At least 8 years in Citrix Support Engineer roles.
- Good hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix Gateway.
- Support migration and hybrid deployment strategies between On-Prem.
- Proficiency in managing HP thin clients using HP Device Manager.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Create and maintain device templates, firmware updates, and configuration policies.
- Manage and optimize Citrix environments across On-Prem and Citrix Cloud platforms.
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Migrate users to VDI environments.
- VDI lifecycle management updates, upgrades, patching.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
