Location & Schedule
The Denver Clerk & Recorder’s main offices are located at 200 W. 14th Ave., immediately south of the City & County Building. Some staff may work in alternate locations. Office hours are typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dependent on the position needs, some roles have remote work and flexible schedule options with manager approval.

What You’ll Do
The Administrative Assistant IV position is within the City Clerk Unit of the Denver Clerk & Recorder’s Office. The division supports a wide range of public-facing government functions, including official filings, legislative records, campaign finance and lobbying disclosures, records management, publications, transparency initiatives, and public information services.
The City Clerk Unit has a collaborative and dedicated team committed to transparency, accuracy, customer service, and maintaining public trust through accessible and accountable government operations.
