As an AmeriCorps Volunteer, you will: 1. Participate in community outreach events serving individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. 2. Connect community members with available resources and referrals. 3. Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and engagement. 4. Help improve volunteer training materials and onboarding processes. 5. Support the coordination of outreach events and volunteer activities. 6. Maintain accurate outreach and volunteer records using organizational software. 7. Assist with inventory, donations, and resource distribution. 8. Collaborate with staff to improve operational systems using project management tools such as Asana. 9. Develop training resources and documentation that support long-term program sustainability. 10. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing AmeriCorps training.
