    Responsibilities:

    • Verify starting cash bank and balance out at the end of shift. Operate cash register and process credit card transactions. Advise Supervisor on need for cash mid-days drops and complete change requests, per established procedures.
    • Opening procedure set up the venue. Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized food service area. Closing procedure, re-stock, clean, put away product in Fridge or waste.
    • Process guests’ food and beverage orders and up sell products. Follow all food safety procedures and proper portioning procedures to maintain cost.
    • Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous and outgoing manner.
    • Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies are upheld.
    • Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established cash-handling procedures.
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
    • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a compliant, efficient, and secure cash-handling process in line with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
    • Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
    • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
    • Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years older
    • Valid California Food Handler required before first day
    • Previous Customer Service and Cash Handling Experience Preferred

    Pay:

    • $19 per hour
