Civil 3D Drafter

Job Description:

We are seeking a Civil 3D Drafter to support horizontal construction projects including roadway, airfields, and general electrical site plans. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Civil 3D drafting for electrical utilities.

Their dynamic team has experience in design, specifications and construction administration services for many project types that include airports, healthcare, transportation, K-12 and higher education, and sports facilities/parks to name a few. Work Environment: This position is onsite in Denver Tech Center.

Responsibilities:

• Set up electrical engineering projects in Autodesk Civil 3D for roadway, airfield, and general electrical site plans
• Draft electrical designs including lighting, power, and low-voltage/communications systems using Civil 3D Structures and Pipe Networks
• Collaborate closely with project engineers to produce accurate, efficient 2D and 3D electrical plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve Civil 3D model issues throughout project development
• Apply electrical and client-specific drafting standards to produce clean, clear, and visually appealing drawings

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience drafting electrical utilities using Autodesk Civil 3D

Preferred:

• Experience with MicroStation and ProjectWise

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
