OverviewPosition Title: Associate Attorney - Civil LitigationLocation: Colorado-based; this position may be based out of the Colorado Springs, Centennial, Westminster, or Fort Collins offices.Work Arrangement: Hybrid, in-office, or remote work arrangements are available depending on the role and business needs. Regular in-office presence will be required during the training period to ensure a successful onboarding and integration process.Employment Type: Full-Time | ExemptSalary Range: $150,000.00 - 200,000.00 annually. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, team player, and strong communicator with a proven track record in legal research, case strategy, litigation, client representation, and courtroom advocacy.
