Position Summary
The Civil Concrete Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in all aspects of concrete and civil construction operations. This role oversees daily jobsite activities, ensures projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintains high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in concrete forming, flatwork, foundations, site concrete, utility infrastructure, and crew management.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise concrete and civil construction crews
• Coordinate daily jobsite operations and crew assignments
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Oversee concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing operations
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Operate equipment and assist crews when needed
• Maintain safe jobsite practices and enforce company safety procedures
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
• Train and mentor crew members to help develop future leaders
• Monitor materials, equipment, and jobsite productivity

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman or construction crew leader
• Strong knowledge of civil and concrete construction practices
• Ability to lead crews effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience reading blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
