Qualifications
Prior field and estimating experience in civil construction
Experience in construction or infrastructure project estimating/cost analysis
Strong ability to read technical plans and contract documents
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Perform quantity reviews and pricing analysis
Coordinate with project managers and technical staff during project planning
Support and guide junior team members assisting with project analysis

This role focuses on reviewing project documents, preparing accurate cost projections, and collaborating with project teams to support successful project delivery.
