Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Implement best practices for project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certification (PMP, CCM, etc.) is a plus.
