Our team is growing, and we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex civil construction projects from start to finish.Position Summary:The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, along with experience managing crews, subcontractors, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of project management including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost controlLead pre-construction planning, estimating support, and project setupManage field operations and coordinate with superintendents to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budgetReview and interpret project plans, specifications, and contractsPrepare change orders, RFIs, and progress reportsMaintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendorsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsSupport project closeout, documentation, and post-construction reviewsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of experience managing heavy civil or site development projectsStrong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, concrete, and drainage systemsProficient in project management software (Procore, HCSS, Microsoft Project, or similar)Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sitesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time off and holidays
