Job Description
Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of sitework and civil construction projects. Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel. Assist in preparing contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress and help ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Track project costs and assist with monthly forecasting and reporting. Support project meetings, maintaining accurate records and action items. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and project requirements. Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field teams to support successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Civil Construction Sitework Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in sitework, civil construction, land development, or heavy civil projects.
- Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and site development practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Management role.
