Civil Defense Attorney (1+ Years Experience) - 1 day a week in office

A growing and well-established law firm is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its team. What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception through resolution

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions

• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

• Assist with trial preparation and strategy

Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil defense litigation experience

• Licensed to practice in NY

• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and case management
