Civil Design Engineer E.I.T.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Civil Designer E.I.T.  to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure projects, including water treatment, wastewater management, land surveying, and system design. The Civil Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality drawings, schematics, and technical documentation that support project success from conception through completion.

Preferred Skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Grading Design, Hydrology and Hydraulics Study, Traffic Control Design, and Civil Construction Documents Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering plan preparation and production.
• Perform design tasks, engineering calculations, solve design problems and develop knowledge of general design standards and agency requirements for plan preparation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of CADD/Civil Software.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university.
• EIT certification is required.
• Civil engineering design experience totaling one year; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D software preferred
