(1 yr - 4 yrs of experience) with experience related to land development for the Engineering Division in the Houston area office that supports their parent company, a national homebuilder / real estate development company. The qualified candidate will function as a E.I.T. on a variety of engineering projects related to residential and site development projects. They will have a thorough understanding of the latest regulatory design criteria to provide solid decision‑making and assist in professional recommendations regarding infrastructure planning and design. The position also requires the candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills, apply effective time management, have strong written and verbal communication skills, provide analytical thinking, and be highly organized.
