Civil Design Engineer (Transportation)

We're seeking a Civil Design Engineer or Civil Engineer (licensed) who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a real impact on complete streets and multimodal projects.What You'll Do Lead and support Civil 3D and AutoCAD design for complete streets, roadway, and transportation projectsReview, develop, and coordinate detailed plan sets, specifications, and cost estimatesCollaborate with project teams and the Traffic Group to ensure quality and timely deliveryAttend client meetings, communicate technical solutions, and support contract administrationMentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive, team-oriented cultureVisit project sites as needed to monitor progress and serve as an on-site representativeSpecial Requirements & Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (accredited university)3-4 years of civil engineering experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, ProjectStrong communication, organization, and deadline-driven mindsetValid driver's license with clean abstractAbility to uphold strict ethical standards and pass reference, background, and motor vehicle checksPreferred: Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenseExperience with Civil 3DTransportation/Roadway design backgroundExperience mentoring junior engineersWhy SSFM?
