What You'll Do:
- Design & Draft: Develop detailed, innovative civil site designs, including complex grading and drainage plans.
- Model the Future: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other advanced design software to draft and model project layouts with precision.
- Collaborate: Work seamlessly with our project engineers, surveyors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution from concept through construction.
- Ensure Accuracy: Prepare and meticulously review construction documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with our high quality standards.
- Tailor Solutions: Adapt and tailor designs to meet the unique and complex requirements of our diverse clientele.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in civil site design and drafting.
- Technical Chops: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard CAD software.
- Subject Matter Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of land development principles, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and a drive to deliver projects with the highest quality and efficiency.
