Other duties may be assigned.Prepare design plans for residential subdivisions and commercial sites.Working with Project managers as well as clients on the design of subdivisions, multi-family residential complexes, commercial and industrial site planDevelop or modify deliverables based on rough sketches, marked-up copies and/or detailed verbal instructions.Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software, on a daily basis.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
