- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software packages to complete assignments on time
- Produce drawings specific to projects such as soil erosion plans, site layout, grading, storm sewer, water, sanitary sewer plans, etc
- Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions for development such as legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
- Complete edits and modify plans as revised clients as directed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of grading & drainage design experience
- Ability to articulate where water is going to go and how to prevent it from going into a basement, how elevation plays a role, if it flows north, south, etc
- ICPR Software proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
