Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this role involves comprehensive assessment and analysis of various project sites to determine their viability. You'll be responsible for crafting site plans that adhere to essential regulations while aligning with project objectives. This includes detailed site master planning, expertly navigating entitlement processes, and performing detailed analyses and designs for both onsite and offsite drainage systems. Your expertise will guide the functionality and efficiency of site utility designs, as well as manage arrangements for dry utilities. The role involves leading drainage master planning initiatives and coordinating effectively with sub-consultants including those in geotechnical and surveying. Additionally, you'll oversee construction contract management and inspect construction sites to ensure quality expectations are met.
