In this role, your focus will be on site civil engineering, including comprehensive plan development, utility and water resources engineering, and stormwater modeling. Collaborate with a team of experts, including in-house land surveyors and structural engineers, and liaise with local agencies to ensure projects meet North Carolina's regulations while driving them from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and design complete civil construction plans, including grading and erosion control.
- Develop sewer collection systems, water distribution infrastructure, and pump stations.
- Perform advanced hydrologic and hydraulic calculations to design stormwater management systems.
- Lead permit approval processes and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Engage in QA/QC processes, sealing and delivering plans as a Professional Engineer.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or eligible for reciprocity.
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in civil site design and municipal utilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and review boards.

**Salary Range:** $95,000 - $130,000 per year, reflecting competitive market rates and commensurate with experience.
