An established engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area. This role blends hands-on technical design with project leadership, client interaction, and mentorship, offering a strong platform for long-term growth and impact.

Pay: $90,000 $120,000+ per year (based on experience)
Term: Direct Hire
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
Manage and design civil engineering projects involving water and sewer systems, water/wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and water quality improvements
Prepare and oversee plans, specifications, and technical analyses; sign and seal designs as applicable
Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and staff assignments to ensure successful delivery
Conduct site visits and field investigations as needed
Mentor junior engineers and support proposal development and business growth
Serve as a key technical contact for clients and internal project teams
Ideal Background:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (EIT required)
10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
Strong technical foundation in water resources or infrastructure design
PE licensure and stream or wetland restoration experience are strong pluses
