Job Description Job Description Summary We are representing a well-established engineering firm seeking a Site / Civil Engineer to support land development and site design projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public-sector work. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking to build a strong technical foundation while working closely with senior engineers and project managers through all phases of design and permitting. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers with site and civil design for land development projectsSupport site grading, utility design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment controlPerform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for site drainage and stormwater systemsPrepare construction drawings and plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3DResearch and apply local and state code requirements to project designsPrepare permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agenciesDevelop preliminary cost estimates and quantitiesParticipate in construction observation and site visits as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program0–3 years of experience in site or civil engineering (internship experience counts)Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3DFamiliarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools preferredProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently and within a team environmentPreferredEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtainExposure to land development, municipal, or site permitting projectsCompensation & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid holidays and PTOTuition reimbursement and professional development supportMentorship and long-term growth opportunities
