What You"ll Do

As a Civil Engineer, you"ll work with project managers and senior engineers to develop design solutions for a variety of municipal and private development projects. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with civil design for roadway geometrics, grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems
• Prepare engineering plans, drawings, and technical documents using AutoCAD
• Contribute to site development and utility layout designs
• Support permitting and coordination efforts with municipalities, agencies, and clients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality engineering projects
• Gain exposure to projects that improve transportation, infrastructure, and community development throughout the NYC region

Required:

• Bachelor"s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Familiarity with AutoCAD through coursework, internships, co-ops, or professional experience
• Strong interest in civil/site design, transportation, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Internship, co-op, or professional experience in civil engineering design
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain it
• Experience with Civil 3D (not required-we"re happy to provide training)

• Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Primarily office-based design role

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
