CRF Engineering is seeking for an individual with recent work experience in the General Civil Engineering field and/or Professional Land Surveying for land development. We focus on Professional Land Surveying, Mapping, Subdivision and Civil Engineering for new builds, additions, etc. in all Southern California for residential, commercial and industrial sites.

\n

\n

We expect applicants to meet the following criteria for this new position:

\n

\n

· Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree, EIT preferred.

\n

- 4 years of recent work-related experience minimum.

\n

· Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D.

\n

· Concise and effective communication via phone, email, and in person.

\n

· Responsible for their work.

\n

· Experience designing grading and drainage plans for construction. For this area knowing how to set up sheets, creating general notes, grading design, construction notes, cross sections, construction details. Hillside and Commercial.

\n

· Experience in sewer design & street improvements.

\n

· Experience drafting topographic surveys & Alta Surveys.

\n

· Experience in WQMP & LID calculations.

\n

· Experience in Hydrology/ Hydraulics Reports.

\n

· Experience with problem solving within the areas of design and construction.

\n

· Experience setting up construction staking exhibits. Experience coordinating with Architects, Surveyors, and other civil engineering disciplines.

\n

· Experience reading and understanding project documents such as soils report, structural plans, architectural plans, landscape architectural plans, etc. for the integration of data to grading and drainage plans. 3-5 years of experience in drafting and mapping, including the preparation of boundary maps and subdivision maps, lot line adjustment, interpretation of property preliminary title, easements and deeds.

\n

CAD experience is required, Civil3D, and any other software to draft and evaluate redlines, plan checks.

\n

\n

The salary for this position will be assessed based on experience and education.
