Core Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the financial and design integrity of assigned projects.
- Execute hydrologic models and stormwater analysis.
- Design horizontal and vertical alignments and manage cross-sectional plans.
- Showcase expertise in comprehensive site layout, grading, utility planning, erosion control, and stormwater system design in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams ensuring top-tier project outcomes and document design iterations effectively.
- Mentor and steer moderate-sized teams on development-centric projects.

Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
- Over 4 years of applied experience in civil engineering domains such as land development and utility infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under tight deadlines and pressure.
