Civil Engineer

Overview:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Cleveland, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Civil Engineer position. Our client’s work portfolio has grown substantially, and they are looking for entrepreneurial people who can grow with them.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Experience managing projects in the design/build construction industry
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work on development and construction side
• Responsible for land planning and site layout, load docking planning and site layout, zoning, grading, stormwater, and geotechnical
• Work with Sales, Leasing and Ownership teams

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• At least 5 years of direct experience in civil construction
• Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering
• Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and Microsoft

Salary Range: $90-130K
