Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the firms new civil engineering department.
Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for large commercial and distribution centers.
Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, documentation, coordination, and permitting.
Collaborate with architects and consultants to create efficient, integrated solutions.
Mentor staff and drive department growth as the firm expands.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, ideally in commercial or industrial development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
