    We are working with a well-established civil engineering firm that has an immediate need for a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to join its civil practice. This individual will support and lead a variety of site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects, including work that varies in scope, size, and complexity.

    The ideal candidate will have strong technical design experience, sound project judgment, and the ability to deliver practical, efficient engineering solutions while building trust with clients and internal teams.


    Responsibilities and Skills

    • Strong technical understanding of civil engineering design principles, systems, materials, and procedures
    • Ability to manage and contribute to civil engineering projects from planning through completion
    • Effective communication skills with clients, consultants, internal teams, and project stakeholders
    • Ability to lead project efforts, coordinate design tasks, and support client relationships
    • Willingness to take on increasing responsibility as part of continued professional growth
    • Progressive technical experience with exposure to project leadership responsibilities
    • Understanding of project budgets, schedules, and overall project profitability
    • Knowledge of applicable U.S. and local design codes, standards, and permitting requirements
    • Ability to work in a collaborative, quality-focused team environment


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
    • Master’s degree is a plus
    • EIT required; PE license preferred
    • Colorado PE license, or ability/desire to obtain Colorado PE licensure, strongly preferred
    • Candidates actively on track toward PE licensure will be considered
    • 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
    • Experience with site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure design
    • Civil 3D experience is preferred
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
