Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded Senior Civil Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) registration requiredRegistration in Georgia preferredMinimum of 8 years of professional land development experience in the design of commercial, office, higher education, life sciences, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, municipal, and/or Federal projects including: Managing multiple, concurrent projectsLeading design team effortsSuccessfully managing project budgets and schedulesInterfacing with a multi-discipline design teamMentoring junior staffTechnical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculationsStormwater experience in Georgia and Southeast USA preferredProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DSpecification preparation experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to foster long term client relationshipsMetro Atlanta experience and relationships a plusCompensation and Benefits Expected Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience.Possible Signing Bonus based on experience.Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.No paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position#J-18808-Ljbffr
