Civil Engineer (EIT) – Land Development (Retail & Commercial)See your work go from concept to construction—often within your first year.At Landform, you won't be siloed into one narrow task. You'll work alongside planners, land surveyors, landscape architects, and senior engineers in a studio‑based environment—contributing to real retail and commercial land developments from concept through construction.Simply put, you design projects that actually get built—not just drawings that sit on a screen.We're looking for a Civil Engineer (EIT or 0–3 years of experience) who wants hands‑on experience, meaningful responsibility, and a faster path to growth in land development design. This role is ideal for early‑career civil engineers seeking hands‑on experience in land development, site design, and commercial project delivery.This is an on‑site role based in Minneapolis, MN.
