Primary FunctionArdurra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our growing Land Development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of public and private development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. The ideal candidate will support project engineers and project managers in the design and delivery of site development and infrastructure projects while continuing to build technical and professional skills toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. This position is onsite in Nampa, ID.Primary DutiesAssist in the planning, design, and analysis of land development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway designPrepare engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3DPerform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for stormwater management systemsSupport the preparation of drainage reports, utility reports, and permitting documentationCoordinate with internal team members, clients, and regulatory agenciesConduct site visits and assist with construction administration activities as neededAssist with quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and technical reportsEnsure designs comply with local, state, and federal standards and regulationsParticipate in project meetings and contribute to problem‑solving discussionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldEngineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)0–3+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in land developmentProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D requiredFamiliarity with hydrology/hydraulics software (e.g., Hydraflow, HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS) preferredStrong understanding of site grading, drainage, and utility design principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team‑oriented environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
