The right candidate will provide engineering support on a variety of projects related to residential and site development projects. They will have a thorough understanding of the latest regulatory design criteria to provide solid decision-making and assist in professional recommendations regarding infrastructure planning and design.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in feasibility investigations for new project acquisitions including identifying project constraints, preparing cost estimates, and developing complete project schedulesFacilitate comprehensive design plan production for regulatory agency and client submittals and approvalsAssist the Project Manager with engineering design tasks, technical reports, and construction administration and management including site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews and pay applicationsCoordinate and execute engineering services for assigned projects to include engineering reports, design calculations for infrastructure and drainage systems, overall grading, and pavement designAttend and contribute to project progress meetings and agency review meetingsAnalyze, interpret, and stay abreast of latest regulations and criteria for local, state, and federal regulatory agenciesImplement innovative design concepts for efficiency and cost saving measuresConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyMaintain an understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve successful results and deadlinesAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnightRequiredBachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or universityActive EIT2 plus year of experience related to Land Development projectsAutoCAD Civil 3D proficiencyPreferredResidential project experienceArc GIS experiencePlease submit resume to: wendyc@selectek.netWendy 678-802-6616#J-18808-Ljbffr
