Civil Engineer, Entry Level - Raleigh, NC Parrish and Partners is seeking an entry level civil engineer for our Raleigh, NC office. The individual should enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess the communication skills necessary to coordinate with staff and other design disciplines.
