You'll be at the forefront of designing and managing the construction and maintenance of essential infrastructure, including roads, railways, and public utilities such as water and sewage systems. This role not only involves meticulous preparation of technical documentation and design specifications but also requires astute analysis and problem-solving skills to develop effective engineering solutions. Partner with project leads to ensure project scope and objectives are realized, and participate actively in evaluating and critiquing proposals related to our core infrastructure projects.

**Key Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in civil stormwater analysis tools like SSA, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and ICPR
- A deep understanding of local and state land development regulations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
