What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, designing, and delivering civil engineering projects from planning through construction
• Applying sound engineering judgment to develop practical, buildable solutions
• Managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals with accountability and clarity
• Coordinating permitting and regulatory approvals
• Supporting construction through RFIs, submittals, and construction administration
• Working directly with clients and collaborating across disciplines
• Using AutoCAD and modern project management tools in a nimble environment

What We’re Looking For

• Professional civil engineering experience – A P.E. or E.I.T with experience in civil design, permitting, and construction coordination
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
