As part of a design team, a successful candidate will contribute to the development of stormwater management, utility and roadway designs, including construction documents and all supporting documentation.What You'll DoKey ResponsibilitiesApply civil engineering principles to assigned projects while working under close and immediate supervisionSupport the preparation of design plans and construction documents for a variety of projects, including site layout, grading and drainage, paving, and utilitiesContribute to the development of water quality reports and drainage studies, including performing basic hydraulic and hydrologic calculationsPerform calculations and assist with specifications, cost estimates, and permitting applicationsHelp identify and resolve design issues with guidance from project team membersCoordinate with internal team members and support communication with clients and public agencies as neededBuild and expand technical skills and industry knowledge through hands‑on project experience and mentorshipWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringOne (1) or more years of relevant design experience in land development projects, including commercial, residential, public works, institutional, or industrial developmentsDemonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferWe foster an environment where talented professionals have the freedom and support to do their most meaningful work.
