Location: Duluth, MN, US, 55802 Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead the design and permitting of complex civil projects supporting both energy infrastructure and traditional land development. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of projects—from oil and gas facilities and pipeline infrastructure to municipal, commercial, and industrial developments. This is a technical role for an engineer who enjoys ownership of projects, mentoring emerging engineers, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions. The actual starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and office/market location.
