This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of land development projects while gaining exposure to both technical design and client facing responsibilities.This role offers hands on involvement in site development design, permitting, and project coordination across commercial, residential, and mixed use developments. The firm partners closely with developers, municipalities, and design teams to support projects from early planning stages through final construction.Their work includes site development, utility design, stormwater management, grading, and permitting support.
