If you're a Civil Engineer who loves seeing a raw piece of land transform into something functional, sustainable, and built to last, this role is for you. We're partnering with a well-established engineering firm in the heart of Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward—a firm that values technical excellence, collaborative problem-solving, and real professional growth. They're looking for a hands-on engineer who wants to own projects from concept through construction, not just sit behind a screen. If you're ready to lead, design, and build the places where Atlanta lives, works, and plays, keep reading.
You won't just be a cog in the machine. You'll take the lead on land development projects that range from commercial infill to municipal infrastructure. Here's what that looks like day-to-day:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – that's your foundation.
- 4+ years of land development experience – you've been in the trenches and know how sites work.
- Georgia PE license or EIT actively working toward licensure – we're looking for someone who's committed to the credential.
- Solid Civil3D chops – you're proficient and can design efficiently.
- Strong communication and project management skills – you can talk to a contractor, a client, and a city planner in the same day without missing a beat.
This isn't a cookie-cutter job. You'll get:
$90,000 – $105,000 per year, based on experience. Based in Downtown Atlanta (Old Fourth Ward) – no remote option, but you'll be working in one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods. If you're ready to design the next chapter of Atlanta's landscape, let's talk.
