We are actively seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in water resource projects, stormwater infrastructure, community resiliency and/or related civil works projects to be a member of our multi-disciplinary team as well as a leader and mentor within our Alabama team.
In this position, you will be an integral part of our established and talented multi-disciplinary team, helping to lead the growth of our team within Alabama and the northern Gulf. Key responsibility will include assisting with business development, managing engineering and design efforts, and mentoring junior staff while working collaboratively to deliver quality projects for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
Serve as office co-leader and mentor to junior staff in our Alabama offices.
Co-lead our business development and client relations activities, primarily in the Alabama and northern Gulf-coast markets.
Assist in the management and implementation of small to large scale community resiliency, stormwater, water supply, wastewater, and civil engineering and design projects, of varying degrees of complexity, through all phases of a project.
