Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000-$160,000, 80% paid medical insurance and 401K with 7% match.
Job description:
Design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Project management multiple simultaneous projects
Responsible for client development and retention
Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Required:
BS/MA in Civil Engineering
P.E. in SC or NC
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial and residential development
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Civil 3D.
Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
Proficiency in site layout, storm water, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
Project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
ICPR/StormWise proficiency
