Responsibilities
- Provide confident, strategic leadership to civil engineering and multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Lead project pursuits, support proposal development, and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
- Shape and execute project delivery strategies that align with office and regional business objectives.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal partners, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and contribute to design activities including Civil 3D modeling, grading design, and hydraulic/stormwater analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado, Texas, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
- 4+ years of experience in municipal/civil engineering consulting or related engineering management roles.
- Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships within the Colorado Front Range or similar markets.
- High-level proficiency in Civil 3D, site grading, utilities, and drainage design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to lead teams and convey complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
