Responsibilities involve planning, designing, and managing transportation and airport infrastructure projects, developing geometric designs, preparing technical documents, coordinating with agencies, and supporting construction activities.
Qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree, PE license in Alaska, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, strong knowledge of relevant standards, and excellent communication skills. Experience in aviation planning is a plus.
