Civil Engineer

Founded in 2004, Lehigh Engineering, LLC is a Civil and Municipal Engineering Consulting Firm located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.  The firm provides a full complement of Professional Consulting Services to Municipalities, Developers, Contractors, Mining Companies, Individuals, and Other Consultants. We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Mine reclamation design and planning
• Preparation of subdivision and land development plans
• Stormwater Management design, calculations, and reporting
• Technical review of SALDO and SWM submittals for municipal clients
• DEP and PennDOT permitting
• Oversee Zoning and Land Development submittals and attend municipal planning meetings or hearings
• Conduct site visits and site surveys when needed

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years relevant civil/municipal engineering experience is preferred
• B.S. in civil engineering or related field
• PE or PLS licensure or ability to obtain licensure preferred
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.  Applicants will be asked to provide examples of prior work.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
