Manager to their Columbus team!
Responsibilities:
Lead internal team in
completion of projections
Lead site design/documentation
of retail and restaurant buildings (ground up, tenant fill out, remodel type
projects)
Develop project
objectives, scope, and schedules
Create a detailed
project plan
Project scheduling
Client communication
Project/construction
administration

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in civil
engineering
8+ years of experience
Ability to build strong relationships
with clients and teamÂ
Ability to travel to site visits,
planning/zoning meetings, and meetings with local jurisdictions
Â
Salary is
commensurate with experience.
