Reputable firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Milwaukee office!
Responsibilities:
- Project engineering/management duties (project oversight, set priorities/develop objectives, financial management, project design)
- Provide technical guidance to site civil team
- Project engineering/management
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Business development duties (proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, client management)
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Participate in professional organizations
- Communicate with clients/internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6+ years of design experience for a variety of projects (site development, municipal roadway, utility projects)
- PE License
- Knowledge of stormwater management design/permitting regulations
- Knowledge of municipal utility design (sanitary sewer and water main)
- Team management experience preferred
- Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software
Salary is commensurate with experience.
